You are what you eat..

Eat right.. Eat well

Just two to three tablespoons of ground flaxseeds a day can deter and arrest the growth of breast cancer in many different ways..
 Add it to your cereal ..
Snack on it – added to some fruit juice in between afternoon and evening meals ..
Spoon some into your low fat desert ..
Get creative with your flaxseed.
Best though with champagne if you need it to wade off abnormal cells in or near your brain.
Next best – just add good old cold 💦 water 💦..
Keep to two or max three tablespoons twice a day.. however you fancy it.
And always ..
Remembet to talk to your health professional if you are concerned with any changes in your body.
